The British have a reputation for being weather-obsessed and presenters have been ridiculed for getting their forecasts wrong. So how do the forecasters put their bulletins together? I filmed weather presenter Carol Kirkwood behind scenes at BBC TV Centre showing how she prepares for a bulletin.
